I had a random Sunday... from work and I admit it, I wanted to do something special. We went out to dinner at the Crooked Fence Barrelhouse before the game. It cut into our game time. I felt awful today, run down and like I'm getting a cold. I'm not able to call in sick, so I slept for eleven hours and hoped for the best. It was more uplifting to see everyone that to think about adventure prep. I have a great new adventure lined up...if I can convince them to go.

It means they have to travel across most of the known world.

As for when that will happen, who knows. My Sunday nights will be spent at work. What I need is a way to bring the game to me. Scheduling problems end groups all the time. What if there was a way around that? To start with, I'm going to do the adventure hook and the traveling by email. That should keep the situation current in everyone's mind, including the GM, who forgets things too much. The next time we play--what if we get two hours together after a Toastmasters meeting and get as far as we can? So what if its two hours or three or four here and there? I'm not sure if it is possible to game all day anymore. Not for me. For those of us who don't have to work or have specific days off, maybe. I guess its my fault for not having a traditional M-F day job. :P

I have to believe there is a way to do anything if I'm creative enough...
